As time goes by an old shoulder injury developed arthritis causing a lot to pain on a daily basis. I started acupuncture with Kristine in an attempt to find pain relief and to lessen the amount of NSAIDS needed on a daily basis. What I found was acupuncture was so good for relieving the pain I barely needed to take NSAIDS at all! However the shoulder had developed to a state of limited mobility that effected the quality of my life so a replacement surgery was necessary. 4 weeks post surgery and using acupuncture with Kristine for post-op pain relief, reduce numbness and swelling around nerves, and inflammation reduction which worked so well I have not needed any of the opioids prescribed.
